Inside IR35

We are looking for someone who is excited about investigating pain points and discovering customer needs when needing to return their unwanted items. In this role you will have the opportunity to discover and deliver improvements to provide an inspiring and personal experience to over 25 million active customers.

If you are a Product Manager who truly believes in putting the customer first, is passionate about speaking to customers, data and insights and can research and communicate new opportunities that our industry offers, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll have access to community events, knowledge shares and meet-ups, all to support you in your journey and ensure you can be the very best version of yourself.

You will

•Work closely with people across the company to set and drive the vision for the Returns experience, both short and long term.

•Continuously learn early and often from customers about their desired outcomes and seek opportunities to address these outcomes.

•Work in a data informed way, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative research to assess the value of features

•Drive a ‘test and learn’ approach to develop products and features, delivering customer value incrementally whilst testing risky assumptions to understand what not to design and build.

•Regularly update stakeholders and teams about the performance of your product area – e.g. return rate, quantitative and qualitative research – and use this as a backdrop to any product recommendations or decisions.

•Collaborate continuously with relevant engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from the product strategy to the detail of a user story to implement.

•Engage with other product managers and designers to achieve results but also to learn from each other.

You have

•A knack for facilitating product portfolio and roadmap planning, but also translating these into the required level of detail for people to implement.

•The ability to drive both delivery and discovery processes.

•A curious mind that enables you to self-learn about new customer problem areas or opportunities.

•A strong belief in the role and value of data, and are not afraid to test and learn, using these feedback loops to continuously improve the product.

Experience with Agile ways of working and collaborating with cross-functional development teams.

Experience or a strong interest in fit and sizing products and customer experiences.

•The superpower that enables you to combine active listening with being inquisitive with people across engineering, customer care, retail, marketing, and finance.

•A skill of taking people on journey as we instil a product mindset across the company.
